Angie Barrett Independent National
Executive Director - Nebraska
Angie Barrett is there to greet her daughter
and son when they awake each morning.
When they come through the door at the end
of the day, she’s there too. The mother of two
children, Angie thanks BeautiControl for that
luxury. “The best dream I live is when Sarah
and Andrew walk through the door after school.
I love the fact that I can be home when they
come home, and I have the freedom to attend
field trips and their activities. I truly am a stay-at-home mom with an executive
level income!”
Angie
joined BeautiControl in 1988 after using the
products for more than a year.
She was a teacher and wanted something
fun to do during the summers. “I loved
the products, but I never had any intention
of
doing
anything more than part time.” Today,
Angie is a National Executive Director and
plans
to
share the BeautiControl lifestyle of flexibility
and freedom to more families. “I look
forward to changing peoples lives,” she
says, “I’ve
always believed in how big this can grow.”
If being a stay-at-home mom is Angie’s
No. 1 perk, being her own boss is a close second.
She loves the responsibility that comes with
owning and operating her own business.“ It doesn’t even feel like a job. It’s
a career I love, and helping women is my passion.”
"It doesn’t even
feel like a job. It’s a career I love,
and helping women is my passion."
Angie’s soaring success
has earned her
family many luxuries including a second home
in Colorado. But when the Barretts are not enjoying their vacation
home, they can be found
traveling. “BeautiControl
has afforded my family
many wonderful trips.
Travel is education for
our kids. We make sure
they learn as much on a
trip with mom and dad as
they can learn in school.”
Being
a leader in the BeautiControl business
has allowed Angie to
make lasting relationships.
In nearly two decades
with BeautiControl, she
has seen countless
women make
wonderful friendships.
She often looks to
her own leadership
team of Directors for
encouragement. “We
really have a sisterhood,” Angie
says, “The song ‘We are Family,’ really
describes our team.”
Though
Angie and her family have seen and
experienced many things
because of her success
with BeautiControl, the
joy of being a hands on
mom and being there
for her family is what
she is most grateful for. “I love going
to my job because it’s my home,” she
says, “It
provides freedom and I’ve been
able to raise my children!”

Best
advice: Keep at
it. I always tell new Consultants
that you don’t want
to make a decision about
your success in this business
until you have given it
90 days and you’ve
done at least 20 Spa ESCAPEs.
