“I was Ed’s wife, Suzi’s mom or the lady with the twins!” laughs Judy Winchester now. But twenty-two years ago, Judy felt as if she had lost her own identity amidst her busy life. Judy says being a wife and mom was wonderful too, but she needed something of her own – and that’s when she found BeautiControl.

“I was looking at the help wanted ads that day – It must have been one of those days where I wanted to talk to someone over four feet tall,” says Judy, “I came across an ad for BeautiControl. It sounded fun, and I couldn’t wait to see what would happen!”

After meeting with a future client for a makeover and to talk about skin care, Judy realized this was more than just selling a few products. “On the way home, it hit me… God didn’t just give me something fun to do to earn a little extra money, he gave me a wonderful, exciting gift – a way to touch women’s lives and help their self esteem grow,” Judy says.

“BeautiControl has given me the freedom that I otherwise would not have had, and that is one of the greatest changes I value.”

When she first joined BeautiControl, Judy had no idea where this business would take her, but today as a BeautiControl National Executive Director she likes where she’s landed! “BeautiControl has given me back my identity! Never could I have imagined what it would grow into. It also made it possible for me to work from home, so that I could be a part of my children’s life,” she says.

Because of BeautiControl, Judy has had the opportunity to enjoy attending her children’s activities throughout the years. “My children are grown now and in all those years… I only missed one dance recital and one softball tournament. If I would have had a nine to five job I don’t think I would be able to make that statement, and have all of these memories!”

Not only has Judy been able to watch her children grow through her career with BeautiControl, she’s also fulfilled a childhood dream. “I remember when I was about six years old going to see a movie – The movie had a grand piano in it. I thought, ‘wow, these people must be rich!’ That piano was a symbol to me,” she says. “I am happy to say that today I have a shiny black baby grand piano. BeautiControl helped make my dream come true!”
